3/4 cup Nonfat sour cream
3/4 cup Lowfat mayonnaise
1/2 cup Lowfat buttermilk
1 tbl Fresh lemon juice
2 tbl Red wine vinegar
1 x Garlic clove, mashed to a paste
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Chopped chives
1/2 tsp Minced shallot
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Add all the ingredients to a small stainless steel or ceramic bowl and whisk together well. Refrigerate prepared dressing for at least one hour to allow the flavors to blend.

Makes 1 pint.

LeanTip: If the dressing is too thick, thin with water to desired consistency.
