Ingredients:

2 pkt Boudoir Biscuits
1/4 pt Strong black coffee, (up to 1/2)
3 tbl Whiskey or any liqueur
75 gm (3oz) butter or marg.
75 gm (3oz castor sugar
100 gm (4oz) ground almonds
1 x Egg yolk
Instructions:
Instructions: Make coffe & allow to cool.

Cream butter & sugar until creamy.

Add egg yolk, almonds, cream and whiskey slowly.

Dunk biscuits quickly in dish in cool coffee.

Mix alternate layers of biscuits with butter/cream mixture ending with biscuits.

Freeze now!

Allow a few hours to defrost.

Tip !

Before serving cover with cream and flaked choclate or toasted almonds
