Instructions: Brown the meat. Add the enchilada sauce, cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup. Let this simmer on low for a few minutes. In a glass casserole dish, put a layer of slightly crumbled Doritos.
Then add a layer of the meat mixture. Next layer some slices of Velveeta cheese. Repeat layers until use up the mixture. You will end with the cheese on top. Sometimes you can add the sour cream before the cheese on the top layer to add some flavor. Cover casserole with foil and bake for about 15-20 minutes at 425 degrees or until brown.
