Instructions: Using a 3 quart covered, micro-safe casserole, break up ground beef and add garlic, onion and green pepper. Cover and microwave for 7-8 minutes on high. Stir once to break up beef at the half way point. When beef is no longer pink, drain and stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasonings. Cover and microwave 14-16 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes, When the mixture boils, its finished. Allow it to set for about 15 minutes to blend flavors. Serve with rice, shredded cheddar cheese and chopped onions.
