1 can Schlitz Malt Liquor Beer, (16-oz.)
1 x slab ribs
Accent, to taste
salt and black pepper, to taste
red cayenne pepper, to taste
1/2 cup vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Marinate the ribs in a pan with all of the above seasonings, except the onion, and place in the refrigerator for about 24 hours. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Leave the ribs in the pan and pour the can of beer over the ribs. Place in oven to cook for about 20 minutes. Place onion rings over the top of the ribs. Place back in oven, to continue to cook, for approximately 20 minutes more, or until done to your taste.

Note: After placing the onion rings over the top of the ribs, you can also place the ribs on a barbecue grill for the remaining 20 minutes to cook.
