Instructions: Place butter, sugar, golden syrup, vanilla and eggs in a bowl. Mix to combine.
Add flour, coconut, breadcrumbs and baking powder. Mix until combined. Divide mixture into two and add first mixture to one portion and second mixture to remaining portion. Combine well. Take a tablespoonful at a time and place on an oven tray and roll gently. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 180 C for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden. NOTES : Makes 54 biscuits Email this Recipe:
