Instructions: Combine corn syrup, sugar, and peanut butter and melt over low heat. Then pour this over the Rice Krispies. Pat in an 8x11-inch pan. Spread the chocolate and butterscotch chips over top and put under broiler to melt, then spread frosting evenly.
