Ingredients:

1 cup of sugar
2 tbl flour
3 tbl lemon juice
1 cup milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine sugar, flour, lemon juice, milk, and egg yolks in top of double boiler. Blend well. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into lemon mixture. Place over simmering water. Cover; cook 55 minutes. Do not uncover during cooking.

Serve warm.
