1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter
4 x eggs
1/2 cup chocolate-flavored syrup
----------------- MINT CREAM ----------------
2 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup butter softened
1 tbl water
1/2 tsp mint extract
3 dsh green food color
----------------- CHOCOLATE ICING ----------------
6 tbl butter
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9- by 13-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the Chocolate Brownie. With an electric mixer on medium speed or a spoon, mix until smooth. Pour into the pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the Mint Cream. With an electric mixer on medium speed, beat until smooth. Spread over the cooled brownie. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine all ingredients for the Chocolate Icing. Microwave on medium until melted, stir until smooth. Spread over the chilled mint cream layer. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before cutting into bars. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

This recipe yields 32 bars.
