Instructions: Stir flour, salt, and baking powder together (or use 1 cup self-rising flour omitting salt and baking powder). With a fork or pastry knife, mix in the oil. Then cut in the ice water, a tablespoon at a time, only until the mixture leaves the sides of the bowl.
Shape into one larger and one smaller ball, wrap, and chill. Roll out as thin as possible on a well-floured board using a floured rolling pin. Email this Recipe:
