Instructions: Crust:
Cream together butter and brown sugar, blend in eggs and vanilla. Incorporate all dry ingredients and spread in the bottom of an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Filling: Beat cream cheese until fluffy, add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla, beating well. Set aside 1/3 cup of this mixture and spread remainder on top of the crust. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned and springs back to the touch. Frosting: Combine above ingredients and spread on bars while still warm.
