Instructions: Combine beef, flour, salt and pepper in plastic bag; shake to coat evenly. Place beef and any remaining flour mixture in slow cooker. Add onions and garlic; mix well. Add broth. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or until beef is tender. (No stirring is necessary during cooking.)
Remove beef mixture from slow cooker; cool slightly. Divide mixture in half (about 3-1/2 cups each). Use 1/2 half to prepare either Spicy Thai Beef Soup or Beat-the-Clock Beef Stew. Cover and refrigerate remaining half up to 4 days for later use. Comments: Double-Duty Beef may be frozen up to 3 months in covered container; defrost before using. Email this Recipe:
