Remove beef mixture from slow cooker; cool slightly. Divide mixture in half (about 3-1/2 cups each). Use 1/2 half to prepare either Spicy Thai Beef Soup or Beat-the-Clock Beef Stew. Cover and refrigerate remaining half up to 4 days for later use.
