2 lg Ripe tomatoes; cored - chopped 6 Oil cured sun dried tomatoes 2 Fresh or jarred jalapeno Peppers;stemmed - and seeded 2 Tablespoon Olive oil 2 Tablespoon Basil or parsley - finely Chopped Salt and pepper to taste In a food processor or blender or with a knife,finely chop the the onion tomatoes,sun dried tomatoes and jalapeno peppers.Transfer to a bowl and mix with the olive oil and basil or parsley.
