Instructions: * Prepare Basic Holiday Cookie dough, with the following changes. Stir 1 1/2 ounces crushed hard peppermint candies (about 3 Tablespoons) into dough. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate until well chilled. For each cookie, drop rounded teaspoon of dough onto ungreased baking sheets. bake in 350 F. oven for 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Dip half of each cookie into 1/4 cup of mint chocolate chips, melted. Mkes 4 1/2 dozen cookies. MC
