1 pkt fresh breakfast sausage - (16 oz)
2 tbl finely-chopped onion
6 tbl all-purpose flour
2 can Carnation evaporated milk - (12 oz ea)
1 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce or to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine sausage and onion in large skillet. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink.

Stir in flour; mix well. Stir in evaporated milk, water, salt and hot pepper sauce. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

Serve immediately over hot biscuits.

This recipe yields 10 servings.
