3/4 cup yellow mustard
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbl butter
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Heat to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 30 minutes. Let stand at room temperature one hour. Refrigerate unused sauce up to several weeks.

This recipe yields 1 3/4 cups.
