4 x boneless skinless chicken breast fillets (3 1/2 oz ea)
6 x garlic cloves pressed
1/2 cup lemon juice (preferably fresh squeezed)
1 cup water
2 tbl low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp crushed peppercorn
6 med bay leaves
1 tbl brown sugar (optional)
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix ingredients in bowl and add chicken. Marinate overnight or for at least four hours before cooking. Cook chicken on a hot grill. Serve with grilled fresh vegetables basted with olive oil and vinegar, rice, bread and fresh fruit.
