Instructions: In a large saute pan, gently heat olive oil and anchovies. When anchovies blend into oil, add tomatoes, parsley, half the chopped chili peppers, black pepper, ginger and garlic. Cook over high heat for several minutes. Place remaining chili peppers in a large pot of water. Bring to a boil, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain pasta and chopped chili peppers. Remove garlic clove from sauce and toss sauce with hot pasta.
