Instructions: This indulgent make-ahead dessert is reminiscent of a famous frozen orange confection on a stick. The crumb-coated pan gives the illusion of a crust without the added fat.

Generously spray sides and bottom of 9-inch pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Coat evenly with crushed cookies.

In medium bowl, combine ice milk and orange juice concentrate, blend until smooth. Carefully spoon and spread over cookie crumbs. Freeze at least 1 hour.

In small saucepan, combine chocolate chips and oil. Cook over low heat until chocolate chips are melted, stirring constantly. Carefully drizzle over top of pie. Return to freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.
