1/4 cup	V-8 juice
1/2 tbl	olive oil
1 tbl	red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp	chili powder
3/4 tsp	paprika
1/2 tsp	salt

Instructions: Mix well.

This is a great dressing for a pasta salad. I use cumin rather than chili powder. Also part of that can be ground choipotle if you enjoy the flavor.

It isnt green, but I enjoy it!
