1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup nonfat mayonnaise
1 tbl prepared horseradish drained if watery
1 tbl Dijon mustard
1 tbl fresh parsley chopped
1 tsp fresh dill minced
1/4 tsp celery seeds
1/4 cup lowfat buttermilk to desired
consistancy (1/4 to 1/2)

Makes about 1 & 1/2 cups; about 20 calories per tablespoon

Combine first 7 ingredients in medium bowl and whisk to blend. Gradually whisk in enough buttermilk to bring dressing to desired consistency.

Season with pepper. Can be prepared 3 days ahead. Cover and refridgerate.
