Ingredients:

2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Granulated sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Oil
2 x Eggs, large
1/4 cup Coffee
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup Chopped nuts
Instructions:
Instructions: Grease a bundt cake pan with butter or nonstick spray. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 350 F for one hour.

Serves 10-12 servings.
