Instructions: Rinse the dried beef in cold water. Dry. Combine the remaining ingredients. Beat until creamy. Add an extra teaspoon or two of wine if needed. Place small amount of mixture on each slice of dried beef. If the slices are large, cut them in half. Roll up; fasten with toothpick. Chill thoroughly, covered with foil. Cut in 1 inch pieces; spear with toothpicks.
