1/3 cup	Buttermilk*
2 tbl	Molasses
1 pkt	(1.25-oz) dried onion soup mix
1/2 cup	Bread flour
1/2 cup	Cornmeal
2 tbl	Margarine or butter
2 tsp	Active dry yeast OR

Instructions:

Instructions: I made this for supper and it was good. However next time instead of the Light Crust setting I will use medium as this bread is heavy and moist.

Put in machine according to manufacturers directions and set on Medium Crust color. Can be baked in regular or quick bread cycle.

*This amount of buttermilk is to much for my machine so I had to add extra flour. Next time I will only use 1 cup and see how the moisture goes. I served this bread with homemade lagasne and green salad.
