Instructions: Reconstitute tomatoes (soak in cold water about 20 min), cut into 1/8" strips.
Simply sauteethe red peppers for about 30 seconds, add the garlic, saute 30 sec more, add the tomatoes and mushrooms and sauteefor 1-2 minutes. Add the green onions and cook for another minute or two and season with salt and black pepper to taste before tossing with pasta. Great quick meal for summer! Email this Recipe:
