Instructions: Stir 1 cup chopped golden raisins, 1/2 cup toasted chopped almonds, 1 Tbls. grated orange peel & 1 tsp. almond extract into dough. Roll out 1/4" thick; with fluted pastery wheel, cut into 1 1/2" diamonds. Bake 10 minutes. Drizzle cooled cookies with plain Royal Icing; decorate with diced red candied cherries.
