Instructions: Simmer 2 cans juice and ALL SPICES on the stove for 1 hour (remove cloves when done) Then add this to the other 7 cans (dont pour in the sediment) plus 1L water in the primary with the nutrient. Add corn sugar (or regular sugar) until SG=1.040 - 1.045 when cooled, add the beer yeast Rack in about 1 week and then again 2 weeks later. Then bottle with 1 tsp corn sugar per 500ml bottle.
**voila** you have a nice apple "beer". Age in the bottle for about a month and try it. Peaks around 3 months. (pour slowly to leave the sediment from the carbonation in the bottle) Email this Recipe:
