1 tbl Onion flakes
1 tbl Onion powder
2 tsp Ground thyme
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground allspice
1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Coarsely ground black
Pepper
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
2 tsp Dried chives or green
Instructions:
Instructions: This seasoning mix is excellent to have on hand to sprinkle on cooked or uncooked fish, vegetables, or snacks. To increase the heat, add more cayenne. Mix together all the ingredients. Store leftovers in a tightly closed glass jar. It will keep its pungency for over a month.

Yield: 5
Tablespoons.
