4 tbl	Paprika
2 tbl	Celery salt
2 tbl	Salt
2 tbl	Freshly-ground black pepper
2 tbl	Cumin
2 tbl	Packed dark brown sugar
1 tbl	White sugar
1 tbl	Ground oregano
1 tbl	Cayenne pepper
2 tsp	Grated lemon peel
2 tsp	Sage leaves or rosemary crumbled
2 x	Bay leaves crumbled

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients. Store in a jar with tightfitting lid.

Makes enough to coat 3 to 4 slabs of ribs.

This recipe yields about 1/2 cup.
