1 tbl Dry lemon powder
2 tbl Pepper powder, (mild or wild)
1/2 tbl Black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: This is for sprinkling on spareribs or pork shoulders before you barbecue them. Use heaping measures when you are mixing it and do not skimp when you use it. You can substitute lemon pepper for the dry lemon powder and black pepper-use about 3 tablespoons.
