DRY RUB
1 tbl Garlic powder
1 tbl Seasoning salt
1 tbl Cajun spice blend
1/4 cup Bbq spice blend
HONEY-MUSTARD GLAZE
2 tsp Cornstarch
1/4 cup Water
1/2 cup Honey
1 tbl Garlic -- minced
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1 x Beef bouillon cube
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine water and cornstarch and set aside. Bring honey to boil in 1 qrt pan . Cook until color deepens and has a nutty fragrance about 5 min.

Decrease heat to medium. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add cornstarch mixture along with soy sauce and bouillon cube. simmer 5 min. stirring often. Remove from heat,and stir lemon juice, mustard and tabasco. Genty reheat before using.
