Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
8 oz Sliced Monterey Mushrooms
4 oz Sliced Dry Salami, (minced)
1 x Yellow onion, (chopped)
3 x Cloves garlic, (minced)
1 bn Italian parsley, (chopped)
2 tbl Fresh oregano, (chopped)
1/4 cup Red wine
2 tbl Olive oil
2 tsp Salt
2 tbl Black pepper
1/4 tsp Dried crushed red chilies
Instructions:
Instructions: In a blender place mushrooms, salami and next four ingredients. Blend till finely chopped. Heat oil in large saute pan and add mushroom mixture. Saute for 5 minutes or until liquids are gone. Deglaze pan with red wine and reduce out. Add remaining ingredients; cook for 10 minutes. Pour over your favorite pasta and enjoy.
