1 x flank steak - (2 to 2 1/2 lbs)
2 tsp unseasoned meat tenderizer
2 tbl dry sherry
2 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 tbl sugar
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Pierce surface of steak at 1-inch intervals with sharp fork. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over steak. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour or more, turning occasionally.

Place steak about 3 inches from heat, and broil 3 minutes on each side. To serve, thinly slice with sharp knife, carving at an angle against the grain.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
