2 x Wild ducks - (abt 2 lbs ea)
2 x Oranges peeled, sliced
2 x Apples peeled, cored,
and sliced
2 x Onions chopped
3 x Celery ribs chopped
1/2 x Garlic clove minced
Salad or olive oil as needed
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine orange and apple slices, onions, celery, and garlic for the stuffing. Rub duck breasts with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put birds in a roasting pan and cook at 450 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until tender and brown, basting frequently with wine. Use pan juices for gravy.

This recipe yields 2 to 4 servings.
