1 lrg Head cabbage
1/2 cup Butter or margarine, softened
Cavenders Greek seasoning
Lemon pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Wash and core cabbage. Place cabbage on heavy-duty aluminum foil. Line cavity of cabbage with butter and fill with Worcestershire sauce. Season to taste with Cavenders and lemon pepper. Seal tightly and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Remove foil and place in a large bowl. Cut into bite-sized pieces and toss with wine vinegar to taste

(approximately 1/2 cup). Serve immediately.

Yield: 8 servings.
