Instructions: Soak a clay cooking pot (top and bottom) in water for 1 hour before preparing ducks.
For ducks: Paint outside with mixture of oregano, rosemary, salt & pepper, and chili powder mixed with olive oil. Stuff birds with dressing and place ducks in clay pot, breast down. Add 1/2 cup white wine (may need more to cover bottom of pot.) Place pot in cold oven, set temperature at 480 degrees and bake for 90 minutes.
