Instructions: Season duck pieces with salt and the peppers. Place in a pot with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add 2 cups water, cook until brown. Add 1 cup water to make gravy; add turnips and cook until tender. About 2 minutes before you finish add 1 tablespoon of Accent seasoning. You can cook down turnips as gravy or let them remain in pieces in the brown gravy.
