Instructions: Combine salsa and water in saucepan and bring to boil. Meanwhile brown rice in 2 tablespoons oil. This keeps your rice from clumping together and becoming "sticky rice". When brown, add to boiling salsa/water, cover and cook on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
