Instructions: Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well, and set aside.
Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion, ginger, and garlic; saute until tender. Add to flour mixture, stirring well; make a well in center of mixture. Combine yogurt and milk; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 450F for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: 2 dozen (47 calories each).
