Easter Egg Party Sandwiches: Cut bread slices using a 3- to 4-inch egg-shaped cookie cutter. Spread 1 side of each slice with blueberry or strawberry cream cheese. Decorate Easter egg with strawberry slices or blueberries, and pipe with contrasting-colored cream cheese, if desired.
