Instructions: Prepare the dough, cover it, and set it aside to rise. Then, roll out the dough, and cut out circular pieces which you fill with the stuffing and then you shape them in the manner of small oil-lamps: twisting the edge all around, like a crown. Dab with egg, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake until golden.
