Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350, Butter muffin tins/or 8x8 pan. Cream sugar and butter, beat in egg. Slowly add all dry ingredients to butter/sugar/egg mix.

2. Add apples and nuts. Spoon into prepared pan or muffins tins. Bake until golden: 40-45 minutes.
