Instructions: Brown the roast in a little cooking oil in a dutch oven or large oven proof casserole dish. Add the onion soup mix, beer, ketchup and garlic and mix well. Cover and cook in a 350 degree oven for 2 to 3 hours or until the meat shreds easily.
