1 lb ground beef
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 pkt frozen mixed vegetables - (16-oz pkk)
1 can cream of chicken soup - (10 3/4 oz) undiluted
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese - (4 oz)
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook ground beef and salt in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until meat crumbles and is no longer pink; drain.

Spoon ground beef into a lightly greased 2 1/2-quart shallow baking dish. Layer vegetables, soup, and cheese over ground beef. Top with potatoes.

Bake casserole at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until potatoes are golden.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
