1/2 lb Sirloin Steak, trimmed
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Dry White Wine
1 x clove Garlic -- minced
1 tsp Ginger
1 tbl Cornstarch
3 pkt Equal(r) sweetener
Instructions:
Instructions: Slice beef into 1/2 inch strips. Arrange in a shallow baking pan. Combine soy sauce, wine, garlic, and ginger. Pour over meat, cover and refrigerate.

Marinate 2 hours.

Remove meat from marinade and broil beef 1 1/2 minutes on each side on a broiling rack. Pour marinade into saucepan. Add cornstarch using a wire whisk, and cook over medium heat until sauce thickens. Remove from heat, stir in Equal. Serve sauce over meat, over or with rice.

Note: For non-diabetic diet, sugar may be substituted, using 1 tsp. sugar per packet of Equal(r) sweetener
