Instructions: Toss beans and corn with salsa. Drizzle with Italian dressing and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Chill and serve with tortilla chips. (Sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro if you like.) VARIATION: Substitute 1 1/2 cups small/chopped, cooked shrimp and 1 diced avocado for the beans and corn.
