2 lb hamburger
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup pepper, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
3 med potatoes, sliced
2/3 cup rice
3 med carrots, sliced
2 can green beans, drained
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute onions, pepper and celery in margarine until tender. Put all ingredients in large casserole in layers in order given. Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 1/2 hours.
