Instructions: Put all ingredients (except walnuts) into a bowl and mix well. With your hand, form into a ball and roll in chopped walnuts to coat completely. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve with your favorite crackers. Its an easy make ahead recipe.

I substituted finely chopped walnuts for the pecans. The cheese ball was a little to rich with them.

I made two cheese balls last Christmas. One with walnuts, and one without for those who are allergic to nuts. They were both gone in a flash!!
