Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
In a large bowl, stir together cream cheese and sugar until soft and creamy; beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in sour cream and vanilla; blend well. Pour into crust. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until center jiggles slightly when pan is gently shaken (center will set upon standing). Transfer pan to a wire rack. Let cool completely, then cover with wax paper and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or until next day. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie after serving. Email this Recipe:
