Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1 bag	(2-pound) frozen diced potatoes, thawed (Mr. Dells works well)
2 cup	Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup	Melted butter
1/2 cup	Onion, chopped (opt)
1 can	Cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom souop
	Salt and pepper to taste
2 cup	Sour cream

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix together all ingredients except the cracker crumbs. Place in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Top with cracker crybs or cornflakes. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
